Local Company seeking to add a full time Customer Service Representative to assist in day to day operations.You will act as a liaison between our Production Team and our Customers to achieve the highest level of service.Responsibilities:
- Communicate with builders, field superintendents and retail customers in a professional manner
- Insure accuracy of jobs and job readiness prior to dispatch
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
- Efficiently and accurately perform data entry of orders and scheduling
- Provide information about our products and our services
- Provide troubleshooting of miscellaneous products over the phone
- Follow up on back orders and service requests
- Gain trade knowledge on the products we install and represent
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in the home building industry.
- Knowledge of Windows based applications and Microsoft Office preferred
- Experience working in QuickBooks a plus
- Ability to build effective business relationships with all levels of employees and customers
- Strong communication and follow up skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Positive Attitude, Self-motivated and Proactive
- Professional phone, email and computer skills
- Strong work ethic
