This position will be responsible for providing customer service for internal staff and external customers.
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- 2-5 years of experience in a customer service or sales role
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment
- Responsible for fulfilling quotes, acknowledging orders, expediting orders and fulfilling customer requests
- Experience with contract/purchase order review
- Able to work with internal staff and external customers
- Good communication skills
- MS Office experience
