Company Paid Medical and Dental. 401(k) plan with matching. Responsibilities of Customer Service Representative Follow process to create Sales Orders/Quotes & Invoices Accept Payments Answer Phones Provide Information to customers about products (via email and phone) Submit daily reports to corporate office. Requirements of the Customer Service Representative Professionalism Friendly personality and possess excellent phone etiquette Computer and clerical/data entry skills (including 10-key) Sage MAS90/200 experience preferred but not required.
