The primary responsibility is to serves as the main liaison between brokers, distributors and customers as well as the House-Autry Regional Sales Manager. The Customer Service Representative is also responsible for ensuring that company procedures are followed and documented properly. Incentives: Medical, Dental, & Vision Benefits Collaborative environment where your input is valued daily 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan Paid Holidays and Paid Time Off Customer Service Representative Duties: Confirm all orders with broker/distributor on date of shipping, pound size and pricing as well as complete all related paper work. Communicate with HA Warehouse Manager and or freight carrier on delivery day and time. Communicate with sales personnel any customer concerns or complaints and complete all necessary documentation. Initiate sample product to be sent to customers/brokers and sales personnel. Ship brochures and other sales materials to customers/broker. Interaction with the broker/distributor with all orders placed. Interaction with production/warehouse and shipping for order cycle to be completed. Communicate with NC customer service team. Perform other duties as assigned Customer Service Representative Qualifications: HS Diploma or GED is required Two year's industry experience strongly desired Strong customer service skills Knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office Suite Ability to maintain and meet deadlines Ability to manage and complete multiple tasks. Excellent problem-solving skills and strong math skills. Strong attention to detail and confidentiality Goal oriented and self-motivated Strong communication skills Ability to adapt in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
