Teledyne LeCroy is looking for a Customer Service Representative to support our US Service Department.
If you join us, we will expect you to:
+ Have a good phone manner
+ Excellent written communication skills.
+ Familiarity with ERP system such as Baan or SAP, including knowledge of inventory process, work orders, purchase orders, sales orders.
+ Familiarity with Sales Force.com in order to generate quotes
+ Good use of Microsoft Office
+ Ability to multi task

+ A passion for learning new things and solving problems
+ The ability to think logically and learn quickly
+ Strong communication skills
+ ERP experience desired
**Salary Range:**
$35,090.00-$46,970.000
