The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, providing information, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.Position Details:
  • Pay: $17
  • Training schedule: Monday to Friday 8am-5pm
  • Schedule after training: Monday to Friday 10:30am-7pm
  • Direct Hire Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, providing accurate and timely information.
  • Resolve product or service issues by identifying the problem, troubleshooting, and offering solutions or alternatives.
  • Keep detailed records of customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and actions taken, using the company's CRM or ticketing system.
  • Follow up on customer issues to ensure complete satisfaction and timely resolution.
  • Stay informed about company products, services, policies, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner and escalate issues to management when necessary.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and courteousness with every customer interaction.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in customer service, call center, or retail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with CRM software is a plus.
  • Ability to handle high call volumes and respond quickly to customer needs.
  • Patience and empathy when dealing with customers.
