We pride ourselves on our compassionate approach, attention to detail, and dedication to excellence in everything we do.Job Description: As a Customer Service Representative at Petroglyph Animal Hospital you will be the first point of contact for our clients, both over the phone and in person. Your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Greeting clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism
  • Managing the appointment calendar along with our various integrated platforms
  • Responding to inquiries by phone and email about our services, policies, and procedures
  • Assisting with check-ins and check-outs
  • Processing payments
  • Maintaining a clean and organized reception area
RequirementsQualifications: To succeed in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a friendly demeanor
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of your work
