Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Greeting clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism
- Managing the appointment calendar along with our various integrated platforms
- Responding to inquiries by phone and email about our services, policies, and procedures
- Assisting with check-ins and check-outs
- Processing payments
- Maintaining a clean and organized reception area
RequirementsQualifications: To succeed in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:
- Exceptional customer service skills and a friendly demeanor
