The Customer Service Representative will interact with our sales staff and customers regarding orders, processing of orders, products and services, issues, complaints, and provide accurate information efficiently in order to create a cohesive relationship with your sales representatives and customer accounts. Responsibilities Include:
  • Answer all incoming phone and email communications in a timely, professional, and engaging manner
  • Ability to effectively prioritize work time to ensure efficiency
  • Accurately enter order and/or customer data into computer tracking system
  • Able to set appropriate expectations with customers and sales team and resolve conflicts if/when necessary
  • Solution oriented and self-motivated
  • Other tasks as assigned
The CSR role is a Monday through Friday (no evenings or weekends) position working a hybrid work week schedule of 3 days a week in office, 2 days remote. Magid is headquartered in Romeoville (IL). The hours for this role are 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.Requirements
  • Associate degree or equivalent work experience
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to clearly and professionally communicate (verbally and in written form) with customers and coworkers via Phone and email
  • Demonstrated ability to develop relationships with customers and coworkers
  • High level of ownership, accountability, and initiative
  • Action-oriented, flexible problem solver, self-motivated
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent and precise data entry and typing skills
  • On the job training provided
