Position: Customer Service Representative Type: Full-Time; Direct Hire Location: On-Site, North Phoenix Pay: 60-70K Responsibilities:
- Maintain detailed records of order status and address any discrepancies with the sales team.
- Monitor and track customer orders, ensuring prompt and accurate processing.
- Generate and manage invoices, verifying details and coordinating with the accounting team for timely processing.
- Establish and maintain a systematic filing system for sales documents, ensuring proper labeling, organization, and secure storage.
- Serve as a point of contact for order and invoice inquiries, collaborating with sales, operations, and finance departments.
- Communicate effectively with customers to provide updates and address concerns.
- Safeguard confidential information and ensure compliance with regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in sales support or B2B customer service
- Strong organizational skills and good attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, Oracle and SAP.
- Familiarity with document management software is a PLUS.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and invoicing procedures.
