Customer Service RepresentativeOur client in North Canton is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their team!
- Pay Rate: $16.00/hr
- Shift: 1st Shift Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:00pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Process/Track daily orders
- Update price changes in price books and price codes
- Process credits
- File invoices/Sorting Orders
- Mail out customer invoices
- Run reports for sales reps
- Communicate with customers via phone and email
- Entering Fax/Phone/Emailed orders
- Assist Sales Team
- Send out and verify weekly mailings
- Other Duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months experience in office setting
- Works well with team members
- Ability to multi-task
- Customer service phone experience a must
- High School diploma/GED
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience
- Must be familiar with Excel
- Above average communication skills
