Job Overview - Customer Service Representative: Our trusted client is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative in Cobb County, GA, to handlecustomer inquiries, provide accurate responses, and resolve issues efficiently while maintaining high-quality service standards. Compensation: $21/hour Location: Cobb County, GA Responsibilities as the Customer Service Representative:
- Customer Interaction: Respond to customer inquiries and complaints using proper telephone etiquette and available resources.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer calls and interactions, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
- Lab Results Reporting: Deliver laboratory results to clients and patients in accordance with protocols.
- Education & Guidance: Educate clients on lab processes and provide necessary guidance.
- Issue Escalation: Escalate unresolved issues to supervisors and keep them informed of client concerns.
- Additional Duties: Perform other tasks as assigned to meet business needs and customer requirements.
Qualifications for the Customer Service Representative:
- Education: High School Diploma required.
- Experience: 1 year of customer service or healthcare experience (previous healthcare experience preferred).
- Skills: Proficiency in medical terminology, basic computer skills, strong interpersonal and communication abilities, and excellent organizational skills.
- Professionalism: Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism and maintain client confidentiality.
- Knowledge: Understanding of proper telephone etiquette and the significance of quality service.
