Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Service Representative. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, providing product/service information, and ensuring customer satisfaction on adaily basis.

- Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
- Experience using CRM software
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
