Currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join the team in Damascus, OR!
Job Description:
The Customer Service Representative will manage a multi-lone phone system. The role will provide product/service information and provide phone support to resolve customer issues withtheir alarm systems. Will need to be able to help troubleshoot and investigate issues.
+ Manage high volume calls.
+ Identify customers needs to achieve satisfaction.
+ Schedule customers for install and service appointments with multiple technicians.
+ Walk customers through technical issues by phone.
Skills/Qualifications:
+ 2+ years of customer service experience.
+ 1 + years of experience working in an office setting.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office.
