BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Representative in Boise, ID.Position Title: Customer Service RepresentativeLocation: Boise, ID 83713Anticipated Start Date: 11/04/2024Please note this is the target date and is subject to change. BCforward will send official notice ahead of a confirmed start date.Expected Duration: 24 Plus Months (Contract Possibility of extension)Job Type: (>=40 HOURS WEEKLY], [CONTRACT], [ON-SITE]Pay Range: $15.00/Hr to $19.59/Hr

Job Description:

• Applies the basic foundation of a function's principles, theories, and concepts to assignments of limited scope.
• Uses professional concepts and theoretical knowledge acquired through specialized training, education, or previous experience.
• Develop expertise and practical knowledge of applications within the business environment.
• Acts as a team member by providing information, analysis, and recommendations in support of team efforts. Exercises independent judgment within defined parameters.

Education and Experience Required:

• Typically a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and/or 1-2 years related experience or Master's degree.
• Knowledge and Skills: Basic knowledge in the field of Customer Relations.
• Demonstrated verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of microcomputer hardware, and basic-level knowledge of operating systems software.
• Demonstrated writing/correspondence skills.
