Volt is immediately hiring Customer Service Rep with Account Management in Nashville, TN.

As an Customer Service Rep with Account Managagment , you will:

  • Provide daily account support, problem resolution, research, and analysis directly to clients
  • Respond to inbound emails and phone calls
  • Develop and execute client service delivery strategies based on client needs, contract specifications, and cost components
  • Conduct regular calls and presentations to review business performance, including training and education
  • Make decisions regarding client setup and support, including approving financial fees and transaction concessions
  • Prepare and present solutions to retain client relationships
  • Use customer feedback to monitor service levels, identify problems, and find revenue growth opportunities
  • Collaborate effectively with internal departments to support the customer base.
  • Introduce and promote other products to satisfied clients, generating leads for the Relationship Management Team.
  • Maintain client accounts and associated revenue through regular contact.
  • Meet productivity requirements for territory management and quality customer contact.
  • Troubleshoot client-raised issues to determine if they are system, training, or configuration-related.
  • Develop professionally, improve performance, and maximize the use of available tools

This is a full-time, Temp to Hire opportunity.

Schedule: Hybrid. 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Work on site only on Wednesdays! Rest of week Remote!

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Minimum 4 years' Call Center or Customer service team experience
  • Prior Account Management or relationship management experience preferred
  • Ability to work with large client base
  • Minimum High School or GED required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Salesforce knowledge is a plus

Pay Rate: $19.81an hour
