About Us: We are a medium-sized company based in the heart of the Midwest, dedicated to the Digital Print Industry. As we continue to expand our reach and increase our customer base, we are seeking a talented CSR to join our team.
Role Overview: As our CSR, you will play a pivotal role in managing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) data and activities that range from working with customers with equipment and supplies orders through final delivery and installation. The CSR is primarily responsible for supporting the day-to-day activities of a specifically assigned team of sales representatives. This position will help create an exceptional customer experience, support business partnerships and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities: •
Customer Outreach: Proactively follow up on samples, quotes, and product demos to move the sales cycle forward.
- CRM and Schedule Management: Use the company CRM database (ZOHO) to add new leads and document ongoing customer activity. Use our virtual calendar to Schedule customer meetings, onsite service calls and new equipment installations. Follow-up after our sales and service visits to insure that customer needs are met. Monitor and analyze the sales pipeline and insure that information is up to date. Examples include tracking equipment serial numbers, warranties, and service anniversaries
- Written Communication: . Compose, modify, and proofread correspondence, reports, or presentations from rough drafts, general instruction or based on special knowledge of our product portfolio and Company.
- Partner with the Marketing Team: Assist with the development execution of special events, new product launches, monthly promotions and social media initiatives.
- Sales Collaboration: Assist the Sales Order team by being available to take inbound customer orders during heavy volume times, vacations and be the designated Sales Order representative from 3:30 to 5:00 PM Monday through Thursday and 3:00-4:00 PM on Friday.
REPORTING RELATIONSHIP: This position reports to the Director of Sales

REQUIRED TOOLS AND TECHNOLOGY •Proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Outlook, and ERP skills. •Prior experience with Sage, QuickBooks and CRM systems preferred.
QUALIFICATIONS: •Associate's degree in office administration, Sales or Business required. Bachelor's Degree Preferred. •3 or more years of related experience. •Must understand Company operations and capabilities as well as profit goals as these relate to sales volume and revenue. •Must have a valid driver's license.
