Job Responsibilities: Handling inbound customer inquiries Processing orders and payments Resolving customer complaints and issues Ensuring service standards are met Expediting orders and shipments Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction Participating in training sessions to enhance customer service skills Assisting in the development of customer service policies and procedures Job Requirements: Will be working across software platforms (e-commerce, ERP, CRM) Proficiency with grammar and sentence structure. Proficiency in order entry and processing Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to adapt to different customer personalities and situations Knowledge of product offerings and industries served Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Experience in handling escalated customer issues and finding satisfactory resolutions Ability to provide a high level of accuracy.
