Your Responsibilities as the Customer Service Rep.
As a Glass Doctor CSR, you are a vital part of our team. You will be the point person that starts the customer experience and perform marketing and sales functions.
Here's what you'll do:
* Receive incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner
* Handle incoming service requests from website
* Perform marketing and sales functions to sell additional work and earn business, make social media posts on Glass Doctors social media platforms
* Complete work orders, return customer calls, and respond to customer complaints
* Collect payments and follow up on missed payments
* Assist with efficient scheduling and routing of service professionals
* Perform other duties including administrative duties as needed, which may include cross-training in related positions
Here's What You Need to Succeed as the Customer Service Representative:
* Computer literate, with working knowledge of word processing, business software and spreadsheet applications
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Good organizational and time management skills
* Professional appearance and personality
* Prior customer service experience is a plus
* Self-motivated individual, with the ability to listen and apply what is heard, to move the sale forward
* Have an Eye for Perfection: High degree of organization, with an outstanding work ethic. Honesty with the highest level of trustworthiness and the utmost integrity
* Identify Additional Opportunities to Help the Customer: Customers view you as the trusted expert to make the best recommendations for their current and future needs.
Education and/or Experience
* Minimum of high school diploma.
* Two or more years of related experience and/or training. Familiarity with social media platforms
* Computer literacy and the ability to use standard applications, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Personality suitable to communication effectively with customers and fellow employees.
* Professional appearance and personality.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
* Must be self-motivated, energetic and results oriented.
