Description:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for closing Web Cases on the Dealer Experience team. These Web Cases will be orders that need to be entered in via Salesforce system, you will also follow up and keep in close communication with the customer throughthe lifecycle of the order. Job Functions / Responsibilities: - Advise Dealers concerning order status and changes, shipping information, product availability, product programs, and pricing policies. - Negotiate vendor availability and lead times based on Dealer needs. - Resolve issues pertaining to shipments, expediting and special order handling while providing a high level of service. - High volume of customer interaction through MS Outlook, updating on orders. - Special Projects as needed.
