Position Summary
The Customer Service Representative position is responsible for providing customer service, placing new phone orders and changing existing orders for ready mix customers.
Requirements
* Answers the phones and places new orders
* Must be able to type 30-35WPM
* Call customers as needed for dispatchers
* Responsible for total customer satisfaction
* Speak to our customers in a positive and friendly manner
* Answer customer's questions on concrete products
Minimum Education and Experience
* High school degree or equivalent
* Experience in the ready mix concrete industry and strong understanding of concrete, admixtures and aggregate
* 1-3 years of related experience using COMMAND data dispatch system
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
* Strong computer, phone and customer service skills
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
* Willing to work various hours including overtime
* Ability to maintain composure in all situations and not become defensive or irritated
* Knowledge of the Northern Arizona and surrounding geographic area
* Bilingual preferred
