We are seeking a full-time customer service representative to support and service our customer accounts. This position supports our current global customer support team, mainly in the U.S. and Europe regions with some support for Asia.
Accuracy and efficiency are key, and the ability to work in a small team, pitching in when needed to serve customers best. Our ideal candidate is solution oriented and likes to troubleshoot problems. If you are patient and empathetic to customer needs, passionate about new technologies with keen attention to detail, you will thrive in this role.
This is an in office position located in Hatfield, Pennsylvania.
Responsibilities:
* Receive inbound calls and respond to calls as appropriate
* Accurately enter customer sales orders and quotes
* Process/prioritize inbound orders for order entry
* Customer follow up for order confirmations and changes
* Support with R.M.A. processing as requested
* Providing customer order/backlog reports
* Document and audit existing procedures inline with ISO compliance
