One of Long Island's leading medical device companies seeks a Customer Service Representative: This is an onsite position working in Hauppauge, NY.We are seeking a customer service representative tomanage customers' questions, requests for information on products or pricing, and complaints across various communication channels. This is a temporary to hire opportunity. Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers which includes medical offices, surgery centers, etc.
• Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
• Manage incoming calls and responding promptly to customer inquiries
• Communicating with customers through various channels including email
• Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
• Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts by communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

Customer Service Representative Requirements:

• High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.
• Customer service skills
• Data entry/typing skills
• Microsoft Word and Excel skills
• Experience working with customer support and order entry
• Ability to work as part of a team
