Additionally, you will play a crucial role in inside sales and customer retention, identifying opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and foster long-term loyalty. - High school diploma or general education degree (GED) require
- Minimum 2 years' experience working in a high-volume call center environment required
- Proven de-escalation skills
- Experience in inside sales or equivalent skill set preferred.
- Strong Microsoft Office and 365 skills strongly preferred
- Bilingual experience a plus
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
- Accurate typing skills, database entry and legible handwriting
