DescriptionJob descriptionWe are seeking a customer-oriented service representative. The CSR will act as a liaison between the company and our customers, providing accurate product and service information while efficiently resolving any issues that arise with customer accounts.The ideal candidate is genuinely excited to assist customers, displaying patience, empathy, and strong communication skills. They have a passion for conversation and are able to put themselves in the customer's shoes, advocating on their behalf when necessary. Gathering valuable customer feedback is a key part of the role.Problem-solving comes naturally to our CSRs, who are confident in troubleshooting and know how to investigate when they need more information to resolve customer complaints. Our goal is to maintain excellent service standards, respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.Responsibilities
  • Manage large amounts of incoming calls
  • Generate sales leads
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers
Skills
  • Experience within the Waste Management field is preferred.
  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
RequirementsEXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION:Required:•High school diploma.•Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role•Must possess excellent communication skills•Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook•Bilingual is a plusBenefits:
