As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, responsible for managing orders, providing quotes, and addressing any issues or concerns. This role requires a deep understanding of corrugate and its applications in the engineering industry. - Manage and process customer orders in a timely and efficient manner.
- Provide accurate and competitive quotes to clients.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our products, particularly corrugate, to provide expert advice and recommendations to clients.
- Handle customer complaints and issues, offering swift and effective solutions to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the engineering and sales teams to ensure that customer requirements are met and expectations exceeded.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Participate in regular training and development activities to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably within the engineering industry.
- Proven experience working with corrugate, orders, and quotes.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and customer management software.
- Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
- Ability to work well in a team and contribute to a positive, collaborative environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is a plus.
- Must be able to demonstrate a track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
- A self-starter with a strong work ethic and a commitment to continuous improvement.
