Position Title: Customer Service RepresentativeWage: $14.00-$15.00 per hourQPS Employment Group is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join a great team. As part of the customer service department, you will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, product selection, and order management to ensure a seamless and satisfying customer experience. This role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills, along with proficiency in software tools and customer relationship management. Customer Service Representative Responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Handle inbound telephone calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions using effective customer service techniques.- Assist customers with product selection and provide detailed product information.- Track open orders, resolve outstanding issues, and follow up on backorders to maximize shippable orders.- Use various software tools to manage customer accounts, research solutions, and communicate clearly with customers.- Maintain accurate documentation and records of customer interactions and transactions.
