REMOTE CUSTOMER SERVICE ROLE: MUST HAVE OWN EQUIPMENT. M-F Shifts
Join the National Campaigns Unit at Computershare, a global leader in shareholder communications and financial services. As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in managing shareholder communications for public companies, including inbound, outbound, and email responses.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Handle shareholder communications during contested proxy meetings.
+ Inform shareholders that the information they received is inaccurate and guide them on how to vote moving forward.
+ Emphasize that management has the shareholders' best interests in mind.
+ Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional demeanor.
Skills & Qualifications:
+ High School Diploma or GED required.
+ Minimum of 6 months of customer service or data entry experience.
+ Strong speaking voice and excellent grammar/English skills.
+ Ability to read and correct grammar.
Equipment Requirements:
+ MacBook (current OS) or Windows (10 or 11) - no Linux or Chrome OS.
+ USB headsets (no wireless).
+ Dual monitors are beneficial but not required.
+ Reliable internet speed: 50 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload.
+ Ability to actively participate in meetings and tasks.
+ AM shift: 9 AM to 5 PM Mon-Fri (EST), with a 30-minute lunch and two 15-minute unpaid breaks.
