Apex Systems is looking for a Customer Service Representative.

This position is a 3-6 month contract. 100% Remote.

Must be able to obtain a public trust clearance!

The ideal candidate loves talking to people and proactively solving issues.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat
• Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
• Data entry in various platforms

Qualifications

• At least 6 months in a customer service representative role
• Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
• High School Diploma
