Insight Global is seeking to hire a Customer Service Representative that will support a growing women-owned business. This position focuses on supporting the company's customers by handling inbound and outbound calls to coordinate logistics of deliveries across the USA. Additional responsibilities will include attending company meetings, entering data, learning their delivery software and other duties as assigned. Required Skills & Experience- 1+ years of experience with outbound and inbound calls.- Comfortable handling 50 - 100 calls per day.- Experience with data entry.- Experience with Microsoft products (excel, word, outlook).- Excellent communication skills. Nice to Have Skills & Experience- Experience in a logistics, shipping or courier services company.- Experience with dispatching.
