Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support to enhance their experience with Rule One Proteins.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with product information, order tracking, and issue resolution.
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve service processes.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies to effectively assist customers.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to handle difficult situations with empathy and professionalism.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with NetSuite is a plus.
