Long- and short-term disability, Life and many more.-10 paid holidays-PTO accrual beginning immediately-401k matching-Family OrientedResponsibilities include but not limited to:-Answer inbound customer calls in a fast-paced environment.-Make outbound calls to customers to schedule service, maintenance, collect payments for new maintenance agreements, or other pre-paid services or agreements. -Form a good understanding of customer's urgent plumbing needs.-Take calls from technicians in field in order to assist them with technical difficulties, amend dispatches, and inform customers of arrival times or needs.-Assist in administrative tasks such as setting up job folders, managing commercial warranty tasks, and other office duties.-Communicate with empathy and operate with urgency, while maintaining a professional and polite phone manner-Maintain and update our customer database with complete and accurate information.-Attend training as provided and required for professional growth-All other duties as set forth by managerRequirements:- 1+ year customer service/call center experience - Enjoy a positive work environment- Exceptional and positive communication skills - Customer Service experience.- Patience- Experience in Microsoft suite-Experience with Service Titan a plus but not required- Good listening skills - Ability to multitask - Comfortable working under pressure- All candidates are subject to pre-employment drug screenings and background checksWe consider all applications based on demonstrated education, experience and skills.NearU is an Equal Opportunity Employer AA/EOE/M/F/V/D.
