Responsibilities
- Promptly answer incoming phone calls
- Caringly assist callers with their needs
- Effectively communicate via LiveChat, Email, and other forms of electronic communications
- Accurately schedule repair appointments based on service area and scope of work
- Actively communicate with the Dispatch Team regarding availability and skill sets
- Assist other team members as needed to accomplish shared goals
Qualifications
- Computer and data entry proficiency (Microsoft Office and iOS)
- Previous Call Center/Dispatch experience preferred
- Working knowledge of ServiceTitan is a plus
- Friendly, outgoing, and service driven
