Customer Service RepresentativeWe are currently seeking candidates with good people skills and customer service experience for a Customer Service Representative role with a customer in Salem.In this position, you will provide customers with information on various products and services, and professionally and efficiently working with customers to resolve issues positively.Shift:
- Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 5:00PM
Pay:
Key Responsibilities:
- Professionally manage incoming requests and calls from customers while ensuring that issues are resolved accurately and promptly.
- Assist and support walk-in customers at the location.
- Contact customers to answer inquiries, resolve concerns and create new business.
- Process orders and complete forms/applications as required to fulfill customer requests.
- Assist the sales team with incoming requests and outbound notifications for new services and products.
Minimum Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- 1 year of Customer Service experience in a high-volume call center
- 1 year of Microsoft office experience, including Microsoft Excel
