Lee's Air Conditioning, Co., is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team. This person will work to support the daily operations of the office. The ideal candidate is a high-energy individual with excellent organizational skills, a strong attention to detail and the ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal communications. Responsibilities:
- Field inbound communications - Answer phone calls/general email inquiries/text messages.
- Data entry - Collect and enter customer information
- Arranging appointments - Scheduling customers appointment.
- Updating Call Logs - Track and update call logs in software programs.
- Organize internal resources - Maintain processes to keepfiles easily accessible.
- Liaise with visitors - Act as point person for office guests.
- Maintain clear and concise communications - with department managers, employees, and company customers.
Requirements:
- Previous experience handling office responsibilities and experience in customer service
- Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive, high-energy attitude
- High attention to detail with the ability to complete tasks and follow through
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-directed and able to work without supervision
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Outlook, excel and word)
