How You'll Help Us Connect the World
The Customer Experience Representative identifies customer requirements and works with the Sales, Customer Financial Services, Product Line Management, Business Ops and Manufacturing teams to support our customers in North America. We suggest opportunities to improve the quality and efficiency of our customer experience operation, and we are customer advocates supporting internal/external partner calls as well as handling the life cycle of the order from receipt to delivery to customer happiness. This position is on-site five days a week in either Claremont, NC or Shakopee, MN. Preference will be given to local canidates.
Required Qualifications for Consideration:
* College degree in business or two or more years of sales support, customer service or related experience
* Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook)
* Previous experience with an ERP system (SAP)
* Located in the central or eastern time zone
