We are currently hiring for a Customer Service Representative at our client in Overland Park! This position is temp to hire and a Hybrid role with remote work and several days/month in office. Great opportunity to be part of a supportive team! Position entails primarily taking 30+ inbound calls/day, basic computer and typing skills, assisting with basic IT support, answering client questions, reliably working from home and completing 4 weeks of training including modules, hands on and shadowing. Pay Rate: $18.75/hr Hours: M-F, must be available for any 8 hour shift 7am-7pm after training. Training is normal business hours. Background check includes Criminal, Employment, Education and Credit.

Responsibilities

+ Understands basic computers.

+ Taking about 30-40 incoming calls a day.

+ Assists with password resets and basic IT

+ Answers agency commissions questions.

+ Reliable and willing to work 40 hours a week.

+ Stay focused while working from home.

+ Comfortable with training being computer modules, hands on and shadowing.

+ Will be in the office 2 days/month.
