Customer Service RepresentativeWendle Motors in Spokane, WA is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our friendly Service Team! In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them with a warm smile, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and keeping things running smoothly. You'll quickly address any customer concerns, support our Service Manager, and handle a variety of tasks with a great attitude. - Full-time, Monday through Friday OR Tuesday through Saturday, hours may vary
- $18.00 - $21.00 per hour

Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person.
- Engage with and talk to customers over the phone, via email, and/or online.
- Schedule appointments for customers requesting service.
- Manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about services offered.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records of appointments and customer interactions.
- Maintain consistent communication with Service Advisors to ensure smooth coordination and timely client interactions.
- Provide accurate information to store personnel regarding client needs and expectations to help deliver the highest level of service.
Qualifications:
- Superior phone skills with strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Excellent multitasking and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
- Effective interpersonal skills for engaging with managers, coworkers, and customers.
- Strong customer service experience, with a sense of urgency and ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Proficiency in using computer systems, including scheduling software.
- Typing efficiency.
- Knowledge of automotive maintenance and repair services is a plus, but not required.
- Positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
- Previous experience in the automotive industry is not required-we will teach you everything you need to know!
