Job Type Full-timeDescriptionA subsidiary of the multinational Kersia, Agrochem USA,LLC and Biosan LLC meets the challenges of public health, food safety, the environment and user safety with its wide range of high-performance hygiene and disinfection products.We are currently looking for a customer support representative that is responsible for providing exceptional customer experience service for all internal and external customers by using excellent, in-depth knowledge of company processes and programs as well as communicating effectively with team members within all departments.Essential FunctionsReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
Provides timely and accurate information to incoming customer order status and product knowledge requests.Processes customer orders/changes/returns per established department policies and procedures.Works closely with the credit department to resolve disputed credit items.Provides timely feedback to the company regarding service failures or customer concerns.Partners with the sales team to meet and exceed customer's service expectations.Customer Advocacy.Handles inquiries regarding customer accounts coordinating with outside sales teamProficient with in/outbound call system.Making accommodations for company clients/guests.Possible cross-over responsibilities assisting other Departments (Quality, Purchasing, Accounting, Marketing to meet sales and customer needsCompetenciesCustomer/Client Focus.Problem Solving/Analysis.Time Management.Communication Proficiency.Teamwork Orientation.Technical Capacity.Work EnvironmentThis job operates in a professional office environment.
