Key Responsibilities:
- Update and manage Customer Support Agreements, monitor equipment hours, schedule services, track service deadlines, follow up on customer calls, review work order repairs, and maintain contract notes.
- Provide phone coverage and handle customer inquiries within the Service Solutions Center.
- Maintain accurate process and procedure records for daily tasks.
- Assist with software accounts and online tool usage for customers.
- Conduct courtesy calls post-service.
- Manage customer billing and reconcile accounts for various applications.
- Enter and manage data for software and program subscriptions.
Qualifications:
- Associate's degree (preferred)
- Experience in Customer Service/Call Center roles
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software tools
- Team-oriented mindset and ability to provide prompt, accurate support
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
