* Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
What You'll Do
* Provide outstanding customer service on all calls and web leads
* Recommend and sell moving services and products based on cost, availability, and customer specifications
* Enter, schedule and coordinate customer moves
* Achieve daily, monthly, and yearly sales goals and customer satisfaction goals
* Prepare all move-related paperwork and documents
* Follow-up with customers post-move to ensure satisfaction
* Proactively resolve customer concerns, complaints, or customer service issues
* All other duties as assigned
Who We're Looking For
* High school diploma or equivalent
* A minimum of 6 months of sales and/or customer service experience preferred; inbound sales, call center, retail sales, and/or other sales driven experience preferred
* Excellent customer service skills (friendly, courteous, and helpful)
* Demonstrated understanding and application of effective sales strategies and techniques
* Strong team player who works productively with a wide range of people and personalities
* Exceptional organization and time management skills
* Comfortable in a fast-paced environment; able to adapt quickly to changing priorities
* Basic computer and keyboarding skills
* Willing to submit to pre-employment background check and drug screen
