Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative at Whole Space Industries LTD in Babylon, NY. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving. Candidates would would be trained in products & systems, in orders to make recommendations to customers and assist them in placing orders. Able to assist in creating a social media presence to expand our customer base for our custom brand.

• Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support skills
• Assist customers in placing orders
• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience
• Ability to deliver exceptional customer service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel a must
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in a customer-facing role is a plus
• knowledge of social media platforms a plus
• High school diploma required
