As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for coordinating and communicating directly with customers, technicians, and vendors. In this role you will need to have excellent customer service skills, pay attention to detail, stay organized and be able to handle the needs of clients in high volume and communicate in a professional manner. Work well with others as well as independently. Essential Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and emails and well as return calls and emails to clients in a timely and courteous manner.
- Answering sales-related questions from clients regarding services offered- Assessing their needs and resolving as promptly as possible.
- Waiting on walk-in customers picking up materials or initiating new services
- Retrieving orders from the shop for the customers - Lifting approx. up to 20lbs
- Data entry, payment processing and daily deposit
- Receiving in parts for upcoming and scheduled jobs or stock
- Assist with scheduling appointments
- Checking order acknowledgments for accuracy and correcting if needed with Vendors
- Inventory control
- General administrative duties
- Accurate Computer, Math Skills, and use of a tape measure
- Complete other duties as assigned.
