Customer Service Representative

CRG has launched a search for a Customer Service Representative in the Triad area for a client of ours in the furniture industry. This role will be responsible for answering inbound phone calls, resolving any customer service issues and other duties as assigned. Come work for a company who offers lots of growth opportunities!

Opportunity: Contract to Hire

Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:45am-4:45pm

Location: High Point, NC

Compensation: $18/hr.

Responsibilities:

* Receive inbound calls and answer customer inquiries.

* Provide product information and knowledge to customers.

* Process customer orders while monitoring payments, shipments, and generating bills of lading.

* Prepare and arrange fabric swatches to be sent out.

* Create purchase orders.

* Prepare vendor invoices for payment.

* Communicate with customers and sales representatives for product updates, order changes, and reporting.

* Assist with social media postings on the company's social media platforms.

* Complete other tasks and projects as assigned by direct supervisor.

Qualifications:

* 2+ years of experience in customer service.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

* Experience in the Furniture industry is highly preferred.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
