**Duties:**
- Handling incoming phone calls, online inquiries, and logging data into a CRM or ERP
- Supporting independent sales representatives and partners with product, pricing, and warranty information
- Processing quotes, purchase orders, and warranty calls to ensure timely resolution of customer inquiries
- Communicating across departments to ensure compliance with service standards and policies
- Applying Lean tools to identify and eliminate waste, improving information flow and productivity
**Requirements:**
- Proven customer service experience, interacting with customers and internal teams
- Experience with CRM/ERP systems (Salesforce and Epicor preferred)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
