Our well-established client is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team. Full time opportunity in the Colonie area.Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative will include:
- Receive and process customer supply orders.
- Generate quotes for supply orders requested by customers.
- Handle incoming service calls from customers.
- Monitor and manage shipments, addressing any order-related issues.
- Provide phone-based troubleshooting assistance to customers for service-related issues. Additionally, support the Administration Team with various tasks as needed.
Job RequirementsQualifications of the Customer Service Representative:
- Completion of High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Prior experience in providing customer service.
- Skilled in computer usage for data entry and management purposes.
- Knowledgeable in utilizing phone systems effectively.
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly organized and self-motivated individual
- Detail oriented and deadline driven
