The Conrad Company, a fast-growing, award-winning family-owned business located in York, PA, is looking for a Customer Service Associate at our PennAir facility. Excellent communication skills are essential to support our customers and sales team.

Responsibilities:

* Effectively manage large amounts of communications from sales team, customers, and suppliers via email, phone, and portals.

* Expedite customer backlog orders with vendors.

* Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.

* Support sales team in reaching sales targets

* Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution

* Keep detailed records of customer interactions, process customer requests, and file documents electronically

* Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure customer satisfaction, timely completion of sales orders and establishing strong customer relationships.

Requirements

* High School Diploma or equivalent.

* 1+ years customer service experience.

* Strong written and oral communication skills.

* Strong technical aptitude

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs especially Outlook, Word, and Excel

* Ability to work under pressure of deadlines and in a fast-paced environment

* Highly detail-oriented

* Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

* Desire to work well in a team setting

* Experience with Acumatica preferred.
