As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to patients by answering incoming calls and handling a variety of inquiries. You will assist with appointment scheduling, insurance verification, and provide information about our dental services. This role is critical in ensuring a seamless, positive experience for patients through exceptional communication and support.

salary: $19 - $19.5 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

+ Make 75-100 outbound calls daily to healthcare providers' offices.

+ Assist providers with logging into a new system, including providing login information and troubleshooting basic issues.

+ Verify provider details using basic Excel functions.

+ Follow a scripted call flow to ensure consistency and accuracy of information provided.

+ Maintain accurate call logs and track progress through daily calling lists.

+ Ensure that all calls are completed within the 10-15 minute call window.

+ Provide excellent customer service while managing multiple tasks.
