Job DetailsResponsibilities:
  • Managing and processing customer orders from initiation to delivery.
  • Providing exceptional customer service via phone and email, ensuring all inquiries are handled promptly and professionally.
  • Resolving customer complaints and queries efficiently and effectively.
  • Collaborating with the production team to ensure product availability and timely delivery.
  • Maintaining a thorough understanding of our product range, including plastics and other materials.
  • Developing strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction.
  • Providing feedback to the team and management on customer needs, problems, interests, and potential for new products.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role within a manufacturing environment.
  • Proven experience in packaging and handling plastics.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional phone manner.
  • Proficiency in using email and other digital communication tools.
  • A customer-focused approach with a genuine desire to provide excellent service.
