Job DetailsResponsibilities:
- Managing and processing customer orders from initiation to delivery.
- Providing exceptional customer service via phone and email, ensuring all inquiries are handled promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role within a manufacturing environment.
- Proven experience in packaging and handling plastics.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional phone manner.
- Proficiency in using email and other digital communication tools.
- A customer-focused approach with a genuine desire to provide excellent service.
