PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES -
- Deliver Outstanding Service: Ensure accurate pricing and on-time delivery of customer orders, building trust and satisfaction with every interaction.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work with departments such as Sales, Accounting, Warehousing and Transportation to develop and execute programs that meet customer needs efficiently.
- Problem-Solve Effectively: Address service issues and present solutions that enhance the customer experience.
- Support Your Team: Provide coverage during team absences, including handling calls, emails and order processing to maintain seamless operations.
- Drive Team Goals: Help establish and execute team objectives that align with department and company goals, ensuring we meet and exceed customer expectations.
- Optimize Processes: Redesign and simplify workflows to achieve error-free order processing, high fill rates, and on-time delivery.
- Track Performance Metrics: Monitor account performance to ensure customer needs are met and continuously improve service levels.
KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE/COMPETENCIES -
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field is preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
- Customer Service Expertise: 3-5 years of experience in customer service, with a proven ability to deliver results.
- Technical Skills: SAP experience is highly valued.
- Sales and Marketing Knowledge: Solid understanding of how sales and marketing functions influence pricing, promotional activities and customer orders/invoices.
- Supply Chain Insight: Experience within supply chain operations is a plus.
- Policy and Compliance Awareness: Familiarity with corporate policies and compliance standards.
- Team-Oriented Success: Demonstrated ability to achieve results through collaborative, team-driven approaches.
- Strong Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to foster positive relationships and effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
