Braman Termite and Pest Elimination, Southern New England's largest family-owned and operated pest control company, has been servicing customers for more than a century. We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled, upbeat, and dynamic individual to work with a well-established, family owned pest services company.
Braman is seeking a Customer Service Representative to effectively conduct inside sales calls, scheduling, and customer/technician communications by performing the following essential duties:
* Receives and processes a high volume of phone calls from clients, prospective customers, and Braman employees in a prompt, courteous manner.
* Provides accurate answers to client questions.
* Conducts inside sales activities for residential and commercial customers, such as selling services to prospective clients and upgrading existing services.
* Conducts routing activities and schedules appointments for technicians and sales staff. Arranges service appointments with clients as directed by Service Manager and CSR Supervisor.
* Facilitates effective communication in a timely manner to peers, clients, and management. Relays messages in an accurate and reliable manner.
* Interacts with others in a friendly, positive, and professional manner.
* Effectively uses communication technologies as required.
Knowledge & Skills
* Must have professional demeanor and friendly rapport.
* Exceptional phone presence.
* Must have strong work ethic
* Competency to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a changing work environment.
* Well organized, with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* 2+ years of inside sales/call center experience required.
Working Conditions/Non negotiable
* Full time 40 hours per week
